PENGURUSAN Danaharta Nasional Bhd has launched two specific tenders offering for sale, on an ''as-is-where-is'' basis, a golf resort and a private institution campus, both located in Seberang Prai Selatan, Penang. The tenders for the freehold properties started yesterday and closes at 5pm on May 22.

The golf resort comprises a top-class 18-hole golf course with clubhouse facilities and land for real estate development spread over 116.34ha. Located about 24 km from the Penang Bridge, the resort is near major development areas and the high-tech industrial parks in Seberang Prai Selatan. It is accessible from the North-South Expressway via the Jawi and Tambun interchanges.

The campus, developed on more than 32ha, is one of the largest private tertiary education campuses in Malaysia with a gross floor area of 262,401 sq ft. The educational facility has been designed to operate in a university environment of international standards. It is located about 2km from the Jawi interchange of the North-South Expressway and is only a 20-minute drive from the Penang Bridge.

Stamp duty is waived for the sale of both properties. Interested bidders may obtain brochures on the properties and tender packages, at RM100 per set, from Danaharta's property division.
