PROPERTY developer Prima Nova Development Sdn Bhd has sold 80% or 120 units under phase 1B of its Idaman houses development located at its Taman Tasik Prima township in Puchong, Selangor.

Launched in August last year in a joint venture with Bolton Bhd, Idaman homes showcased resort living with comfort and spaciousness of rooms suitable for medium-sized family, said the company said in a statement. The four rooms, three baths and a storeroom, under the staircase, gave Idaman a large built-up area of 1,780 sq ft.

Phase 1A of the development, which comprised 69 units of double-storey terrace Impiana homes with built-up of 1,450 sq ft and launched in March last year, was sold within two weeks.

To date, the third parcel of 64 units of double-storey terrace Andaman homes with built-up of 1,970 sq ft launched under Phase 1C was 60% sold.

Bolton senior executive director (property and investment) Lim Yen Haat said the show houses of phase 1B development came complete with interior decoration.

''We have invested a lot of care and thought to provide purchasers with an experience of what their completed Idaman homes would look and feel like from the moment they walked through the door, into the spacious high ceiling room,'' he said.

Lim said with the safety and security being important considerations for house buyers, Idaman's purchasers are offered free guard patrolling services for the first year after vacant possession.

Taman Tasik Prima, consisted of a total 2,300 units of double-storey terrace and semi-detached houses, waterfront bungalows, apartments and condominiums, shop offices and a commercial centre.

It is strategically located near the Tesco hypermarket and a 15-minute drive to IOI Mall.

Access to Taman Tasik Prima would be enhanced with four new interchanges to be built along the Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP).
