Sunday 5th Jan- It's a Grand 4-days Property Exhibition organised by REHDA. The MAPEX 2003 property exhibition which consist of 49 major developers, is indeed very impressive as it draw an unexpectedly large crowd. Despise the current economic condition, the feedback is strong and encouraging, and that prove that the public had re-gain confidence
towards the property market.
According to the interviews of Myproperty.com.my reporter with the developers , the public had been careful
on making decision on property investment previously but show signs of improvement in this property fair. Interested parties take the opportunity to enquire and acquire at the same time .The initiative of these keen purchasers does really boost up the confidence and sales of
the exhibitors.

We have here a new phase of double storey terrace houses with the price of RM289,000 and above. Although is not officially launch yet but, we manage to sell a few units here, and now, we are giving RM5,000 rebate for early birds in addition of free legal fees and option for floorings." says Mr Chang, the Asst.
