Danaharta tender for seven properties [ 28/7/2004 ]

PENGURUSAN Danaharta Nasional Bhd announced yesterday the launch of a specific tender offering seven properties for sale on an ''as-is-where-is'' basis. The tender closes at 5pm on Aug 26.

According to a statement from Danaharta, the properties have been grouped into five categories, comprising commercial, hotel, retail, development and industrial.

The commercial property is a freehold nine-and-a-half storey office building in Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman, Kuala Lumpur, with a land area of 370.69 sq m, while the hotel is a 202-room, four-star establishment in Kuantan, Pahang.

As for the retail properties, one comprises 95 unsold retail lots and 604 car parking bays in a freehold 10-level shopping complex in Taman Bukit Pasir, Batu Pahat, Johor, with total net lettable space of 18,051.57 sq m. The other consists of 80 retail lots and an unsold office in a leasehold 11-storey shopping centre with a net lettable area of 32,276.80 sq m in Malacca town.

The development properties comprise 190 industrial and commercial leasehold plots in the Kota Tinggi Industrial Park, Johor, and a freehold oil palm estate with a land area of 323.4 acres in Jasin, Malacca.

The industrial property is a 15-acre leasehold parcel of land with a fish processing factory and ancillary buildings in Kuantan.

Interested bidders may obtain the tender packages at a cost of RM100 per set from it panel agent Dowin Real Estate Agency at telephone 07-3861988 or 012-7103999.

Each package contains a tender form, a valuation report of the property, the terms and conditions of sale by tender and a sample of the sale and purchase agreement.
