AFTER successfully completing a mixed development project of more than 1,000 units, Prima Prai Sdn Bhd will now embark on the development of 368 units of condominiums on 20.64ha in the Prai Perdana township in Butterworth.
The project, called Prai Inai Condominiums, comprises of 184 units each in the North Wing and South Wing.
Prima Prai managing director Datuk Ramzan Ibrahim said the 21-storey three-bedroom condominiums fronted two landmarks - Penang Habour and Penang Bridge.
''Since its launch in February, the project has received overwhelming response with about 60% sales recorded for the North Wing,'' he told StarBiz.
All the units on the lower floors have been sold, leaving only limited units on the higher floors.
Ramzan also said that earthworks on the project had begun, with construction of the condominiums scheduled to start in November for completion in 2005.
Ramzan said buyers had a choice of five layouts and that the built-up areas of the condominiums were between 859 and 1,059 sq ft. The units are priced between RM95,000 and RM184,000.
He also said the condominiums would boast amenities such as a lap pool, children’s fun pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gymnasium, 24-hour security, covered carparks, Astro connectivity, and landscaped gardens.
