Timbunan Tunas Development Sdn Bhd has launched the Beverly Heights, comprising 62 units of semi-detached houses in Ulu Kelang, Selangor.

Its managing director Jeffrey Choong said the company was upbeat on this project as it was attractively priced from RM687,270 onwards for a prime freehold property.

Beverly Heights standard semi-detached units come with a living hall, dining hall, 5 bedrooms 4 of which have attached bathrooms, a study room, wet and dry kitchens. The project is accessible via the Middle Ring Road 2.

The 62 units have built-up areas ranging from 2,532 sq ft to 2,850 sq ft with land sizes from 2,900 sq ft to 4,812 sq ft. They will be built on elevated land. The biggest unit comes with a price tag of RM811,710.

Other than Beverly Heights, Timbunan Tunas is also developing a mixed development project in Nilai, with 1,767 units of single- storey, double-storey houses, three-storey shoplots and medium and low-cost apartments. Phases 1 and 2 of the project have been launched whereby the take-up rate is 95%.

It has also completed a commercial project, Pusat Perdagangan Tasik Perdana, comprising 43 units of 4-storey shopoffice and 8 units of 5-storey shopoffice.
