JALUR Realty Sdn Bhd has launched a specific tender offering for sale of nine commercial buildings on an ''as is where is'' basis.

The wholly-owned subsidiary of Danaharta Nasional Bhd said in a statement that the specific tender had closed at 5pm on Tuesday.

The nine properties are four commercial buildings and five shophouses.

Two of the commercial buildings are located along Jalan Raja in Alor Star, Kedah and along Jalan Tun Razak in Kuala Lumpur, while another two are at Jalan Yang Kalsom in Ipoh, Perak.

Of the five shophouses, two are next to each other along Jalan Tengku Ahmad in Segamat, Johor while the rest are in Johor Baru, Johor; Taman Midah, Kuala Lumpur and Bahau, Negeri Sembilan.

Each tender package contains a tender form, a valuation report of the property, the terms and conditions of sale by tender and a sample of the sale and purchase agreement.

The specific tender forms part of the Danaharta group’s efforts to dispose of properties via the market, similar to national property open tenders held by Danaharta.
